What data do we collect?

The website does not collect any data automatically and does not use tracking cookies.

The only data we receive is what you enter yourself in the 'Request a spare part' or 'Contact us' forms: name, phone number, city, car details (make, model and year), part name or number, VIN (optional), email (optional) and notes.

How do we use it?

We use this data only to answer your request, to price, source and deliver the part, and to contact you about the request.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

WhatsApp and email

When you press the send button, the website opens WhatsApp or your email app with a ready message containing what you entered. The message travels through WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider and is subject to their privacy policies.

Form data is not stored on this website's servers. If direct sending from the website is enabled, the data is transferred to the form service we use and kept so we can reply to you.

Retention

We keep request messages for as long as needed to complete and follow up the request, then delete them or keep them in our business records as required by the applicable laws.

Analytics

The website does not use third-party analytics or advertising tools by default. If an analytics tool is enabled in the future, your consent will be requested first through a cookie notice.
